Citizen Service Centres

Citizen Service Centres (CSC) provide access to municipal services throughout the Municipality. Services offered at the CSC include:

• General information on Cape Breton Regional Municipality
• Tax and Water account inquiries and payments
• Payment of parking tickets  
• Applications for Building/Development Permits and Subdivision Approval (Central site only)
• Application for municipal services (ie. water, sewer, curb cuts)
• Access to recreation staff and programs
• Access to area Councillors
• Purchase of bus tickets

Note:  Credit Card payments (Visa or Mastercard) for tax and water accounts are only accepted via the Internet or by telephone. (click here for more information)
