Event Information 2013

April 27 - June 1

Volunteer Blitz, Coxheath Hills Wilderness Trail, Coxheath. Objective: to remove deadwood from the sides of the trails. Besides helping to create more beautiful trails and reduce fire hazards, processing the deadwood through a wood chipper and then spreading the chips on top of the existing gravel base will naturalize the trails. Working teams will be organized and scheduled for convenient times, Mondays to Saturdays. There are branches and logs of all sizes, so there will be something that everyone can handle. Many hands will make light work, and no contribution will be too small! We will need organizers as well. For more information, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
